The Ice Red Quality Guarantee
Ice Red maintains the highest standards for design and manufacturing. If there is any defect with the materials or craftsmanship of your Ice Red product, we will repair or replace it – free of charge, anytime, anywhere, and with no hassles.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product.
Return And Exchange Policy
Our goal is to deliver all Ice Red products free from defects in materials and workmanship. If there are any problems with your products, Ice Red will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Ice Red. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided that the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns are accepted on sale items. If this policy is not followed, returns will only be accepted at our discretion. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased at iceredbags.com; items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to iceredbags.com.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the merchandise’s value and any accompanying sales tax. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Your new item choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, you may receive a refund or store credit.
How to Return Merchandise
ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
- Name and contact information
- Date and location purchased
- Description of the problem
- Order number if purchased at iceredbags.com
After receiving our authorization, ship the defective product to us with the Original Proof of Purchase and our Return Authorization Code (RAC) marked on the box. The RAC will be provided to you via email.

Note: You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. We recommend using a service that provides a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx. Ice Red assumes no responsibility for bags lost in transit. Warranties will not be processed until we receive the returned product.
